Dr. Frances Penafort

Dr. Frances Penafort is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a background coloured with a myriad of work experiences, such as being an academic for 24 years, a management consultant to MNCs in Malaysia and overseas as well as being an executive leadership coach. Frances was the First elected President of the ICF Malaysia Chapter in 2011. In 2016, she was elected to the ICF Global Ethics Board. Academically, she holds a Bachelor in Accounting (University Malaya), Masters in Accounting (University of Southampton, UK) and a Ph.D in Accounting (University Malaya).

Ashraf Iqbal

Dr Mohamed Ashraf Iqbal is the strategy & performance expert. He has worked across a spectrum of roles, organisations and geographies. He currently is an Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of HSBC Amanah. His privies role include Independent Non-Executive Chairman, HSBC Amanah , Independent Non Executive Director for Fairview International Schools, the largest network of fully accredited International Baccalaureate Schools in Malaysia. In his role as an executive, he held various positions in HR, Distribution and Business Re-engineering with Shell in Malaysia, was the General Manager for Human Resources in Proton Berhad and subsequently appointed as Managing Director for Proton in the UK and Europe.This was followed by a stint in consulting as a Regional Director of the HayGroup followed by his appointment as Group Managing Director for a European automotive Marque.

Rajat Garg

Rajat Garg is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 16 years of industry experience and over 2500 hours of coaching experience, helping people and organizations attain maximum effectiveness. His background includes working with CXOs,senior managers, managers and board of directors of small private companies to multi-billion dollar publicly traded organizations. He is part of the executive board of IIT Bombay Alumni Association. With ICF he engages in multiple roles including sitting on the nomination committee for selecting the Board of ICF, Independent Review Board (Takes care of unethical conduct in coaching) and runs the ICF India Community of Practice on ethics.

Rahmah

Rahmah is a certified NLP Coach, a Licensed Administrator for Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a Certified Administrator for the Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and Test for Selection and Training (TST) and Certified administrator and coach for Hogan Assessments. She is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, UK.

Mark Dickinson

Mark Dickson has a firm belief: an organization’s products, systems and processes are of limited value without good people to use and manage them. Engaging people in mission critical initiatives in VUCA[1], as well as assessing and developing the skills of management and staff to support major changes have been proven as key success factors. Mark commenced his career in people development and consulting in 1995 specializing in problem identification, coaching, facilitation and general management in some of the world’s leading organizations within the Energy, Professional Services, Finance, Aviation and Oil & Gas industries.Mark has lived and worked in a wide range of countries including Australia, Germany, Thailand, Qatar and Malaysia, including experience on long term projects in Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, Oman, and the United States of America.

Yvonne Sum

Dr Yvonne Sum CSP, ACMC, NLPTT, BDS (Hons) is a published international author on leadership and strategy that crosses the contexts of both home and work. She uses an integrated and thought-provoking approach to help companies improve the health of their culture and the performance of the organization. Her work includes leadership development, coaching, and disruptive thinking to develop and implement innovative strategies. As co-founder of 5Echo, a global leadership consultancy focusing on C-level executives, she facilitates senior executives through their 4G (Gender, Generational, Generosity, Global) challenges by drawing executives into their inner selves to be more mindful in driving business impact in a hyper-changing world. Yvonne has honed this gift through her own agile journey as a dentist, RAAF officer, Australian television presenter, author, leadership speaker, growth strategist, hyper-drive coach, corporate expat, business partner, wife and mother of two.
